Arcadian Healing Arts (AHA) is massage and wellness business that offers a multitude of services to meet the varying needs of our clients.
We provide massage therapy, energy healing and self-care classes
at venues across Washington State for private and public events or for private sessions (one-one-one, couples and groups).
Crystal De La Cruz, LMT, CRMT
Crystal graduated from Northwest Academy for the Healing Arts in West Seattle with a diploma in massage therapy during 2019. She traveled to Portland, Oregon for her in-person Usui Reiki training in 2018 and continued her studies through 2019, with certifications up to Level III - Master Teacher with apprenticeship. She also received an Associate of Applied Arts in Audio Production & Engineering from The Art Institute of Seattle. Currently she practices massage therapy in Central Washington and works for a regional non-profit healthcare organization.
With a combined background of nearly 6 years in hospitals and multiple years in clinics, she is able to hold space for nearly all walks of life. Her experiences have allowed her to remain a grounded, humble presence in her sessions and classes.
She devotes her time to continuing education, so that she can offer an even wider variety of methods in her work and for the students that she teaches. Some of her continuing education certifications include the following: Integrated Table Thai Massage, Yomassage®, Meditation, Breathwork, Sound Healing and Chair Massage.
She also dedicates her time to serve as the Board Secretary for Peers Empower Peers because living a life of servitude is her true passion. Healing services should be accessible to all, including those who face socio-economic barriers. She believes that accessibility and peer work are factors that can impact the healing of our world rather than only offering services to those with increased advantages in society.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her partner and family in the outdoors, traveling and living an active lifestyle.
